In accordance with our Terms & Conditions all purchases made on the website or a mobile app are final, and we are under no obligation to provide refunds.
However, we reserve the right to issue a refund if:
- The refund request is submitted no later than 7 days after the purchase;
- The request is well-reasoned and justified;
- The player has not consumed a significant portion of the purchased content (e.g., in-game messages, currency, or features for which we have incurred costs).

Refunds processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, Paddle, etc.) are subject to their policies.
