These terms & conditions ("T&C") apply to you and Endgame Studio Ltd., BIN: 250440900256 registered 08.04.2025 Astana, Esil district, Alikhan Bokeikhan str., building 27A, office 1, ("Company", "we", "our", "us") regarding your use of Company's game "Everweave" ("Everweave"), available on Google Play, the AppStore, and our official website https://everweave.ai/. By accessing or using Everweave, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not play Everweave.
If you access the Services from the United Kingdom, these Terms of Use include provisions that comply with the Online Safety Act 2023, administered by Ofcom, to ensure user safety, prevent the spread of illegal or harmful content and protect minors.
1. Account Registration
1.1. To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
1.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
1.3. Your account is cross-platform and can be used on any supported device.
1.4. By registering, you hereby accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to comply with them.
1.5. For UK users only: By registering you confirm that you are over 13 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent, in accordance with the Online Safety Act 2023 to protect minors.
1.6. The Company is obliged to:
- Not distribute personal information about the User (personal data), except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Online Safety Act 2023 (for users in the UK), this User Agreement and the Company's Privacy Policy, available at the following link.
- Implement measures to prevent the distribution of illegal and harmful content, including moderation and complaint handling mechanisms, in accordance with the Online Safety Act 2023.
2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
2.1. Everweave offers subscriptions and in-app purchases ("Purchases") for virtual items, messages, currency, or premium features.
2.2. Payment Processing: Purchases are handled by third-party payment agents (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play, Paddle). We do not store payment details.
2.3. Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage subscriptions via your platform's settings.
2.4 Refunds
All purchases are final, and we are under no obligation to provide refunds. However, we reserve the right to issue a refund if:
- The refund request is submitted no later than 7 days after the purchase;
- The request is well-reasoned and justified;
- The player has not consumed a significant portion of the purchased content (e.g., in-game messages, currency, or features for which we have incurred costs).

Refunds processed through third-party platforms (Apple App Store, Google Play, Paddle, etc.) are subject to their policies.
2.5 Pricing and Content Changes
2.5.1. We reserve the right to:
- Modify subscription prices, in-app purchase costs, and payment terms at any time;
- Alter the composition, features, or benefits of any purchasable content (including virtual items, currency, or premium features).
2.5.2. Notice & Effect:
- Price changes will not affect active subscription periods (will apply only upon renewal);
- For non-subscription purchases, changes apply only to future transactions;
- Significant content modifications may be communicated via in-game notices or email (where applicable).
2.5.3. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
2.6. The Company may:
- Refuse registration, delete or block the User's account in case of violation of the terms of this User Agreement or if illegal or harmful content is found, as defined in the Online Safety Act 2023.
- Moderate, remove or restrict access to any content that is considered illegal, harmful or in violation of these Terms, in accordance with the Online Safety Act 2023.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software.
- Share, sell, or transfer your account.
- Engage in fraudulent or harmful behavior.
- Violate any applicable laws.
- Not to take actions that may be considered as violating international law, the Online Safety Act 2023, including in the field of intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to disruption of the normal operation of the Platform and the Company's Services.
- Not to allow comments and other entries by the User on the Platform and the Company's Services that contradict the requirements of the international law, the Online Safety Act 2023 and generally accepted standards of morality and ethics
4. Termination
4.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement.
4.2. Users are directly liable to third parties for violations of their rights. The user is obliged to compensate Endgame Studio Ltd. for all damages arising from culpable non-compliance with the obligations provided for in these terms and conditions in accordance with the statutory provisions, in particular if such damages arise from claims by third parties. This also includes all costs for the legal defense of Endgame Studio Ltd., including all legal costs and attorneys' fees. This does not apply if the user is not culpable of the violation.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1. Games are provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Games.
5.2. Users assume full responsibility for the content and entries they publish. Users agree to indemnify Endgame Studio Ltd. from any legal claims by third parties arising from the criminal violation of obligations by users. Endgame Studio Ltd. expressly disclaims ownership of the content posted by users.
5.3. Notwithstanding any other rights under these Terms and Conditions, Endgame Studio Ltd. has the right to completely or partially remove meanings and deletable content that violate the rules of these terms.
5.4. The services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You agree that your use of the services will be at your sole risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the services and your use thereof, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We make no warranty or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content of the services or the content of any websites or mobile applications linked to the services and services provided.
6. Third-Party AI Services
6.1. Company utilizes third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services to generate in-game content, responses, and interactions.
6.2. No Endorsement or Liability:
- We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
- You acknowledge that AI systems may produce unexpected, inaccurate, or offensive outputs, and you use them at your own discretion.
6.3. Provider Standards:
We partner exclusively with reputable AI providers that adhere to industry-standard:
- Ethical guidelines (e.g., fairness, bias mitigation);
- Content moderation policies;
- Legal compliance (e.g., data privacy, copyright).
6.4. User Responsibility:
- You agree not to misuse AI-generated content (e.g., harassment, spam, illegal purposes).
- Report problematic outputs to contact@endgame.studio for review.
7. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
We reserve the right to change, modify or remove the content of the Services at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion without notice. However, we have no obligation to update any information on our Services. We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services. We cannot guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may experience hardware, software or other problems or need to perform maintenance related to the Services, resulting in interruptions, delays or errors. We reserve the right to change, revise, update, suspend, discontinue or otherwise modify the Services at any time and for any reason without notice.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

We implement moderation systems to identify and remove illegal or harmful content as required by the Online Safety Act 2023. Users can report such content via contact@endgame.studio or the built-in tools on the Platform.
We restrict access to the Services for users under 13 years of age without parental/guardian consent. We implement measures to prevent minors from accessing harmful content.
Users can file complaints about illegal or harmful content via contact@endgame.studio. Complaints are processed within 5 working days. You can appeal the removal of content or account blocking by contacting us.
